What Neev is

Neev is a software platform made by Neev Technologies for small and medium businesses that talk to their customers on WhatsApp. It is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) from Meta. A business connects its own WhatsApp Business number to Neev, and its team uses Neev to reply to customers, send approved message templates and run campaigns to customers who opted in.

We act on the business's behalf, only for the WhatsApp accounts it shares with us. We never sell its data or its customers' data, or use it for advertising. See our privacy policy for how we handle data and how to have it deleted.

What your team can do

Shared inbox

Your team sees every customer message in one inbox and replies from the browser, with each message's sent, delivered and read status.

Message templates

Create your WhatsApp message templates in Neev, submit them to Meta for approval and keep them in sync, without opening WhatsApp Manager.

Campaigns to opted-in customers

Send approved templates, such as offers or reminders, to customers who agreed to hear from you. A customer who replies STOP is never messaged again.

Your number's health

See your phone number's status, quality rating and messaging limit, and create click-to-chat links and QR codes for your shop or website.

How to get started

  1. Talk to us and we set up your Neev workspace.
  2. Connect your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's Embedded Signup. The number and the WhatsApp Business account stay yours.
  3. Your team starts replying to customers and sending approved templates from Neev.
